The Home Record
Jules becomes your single source of record for all associated parties on a project allowing for effective collaboration around reliable property information. Jules hosts your architectural plans, copies of permits, installation manuals, and every other critical detail of the property such as appliance or finish information.
The Transfer
Upon completion of the project, transfer a digital home record of the “as builts” to the homeowner, removing the need for an outdated home binder.
Further collaborate with the homeowner and contractors around the home’s remaining projects by continuing to access necessary property information from the same record transferred to the homeowner.

Jules offers assistance for your business which includes an in-person visit from the Jules Crew. The Jules Crew can provide training on how to tailor Jules to your needs and perform information entry for a project on your behalf to get you started. The cost of a Jules White Glove service is an hourly rate of $150 per hour.
